Donna L. King is the President of DLK & Associates, Inc.  Mrs. King has experience in personnel and asset management in both the transportation and engineering sectors.  Prior to her current position, Mrs. King managed assets of a national merchandise distribution and transportation company.

Arthur E. King, Jr; PE is Vice President Operations.  Mr. King is a professional civil engineer with a career that spans three decades.  Mr. King’s experience includes service as a Civil Engineering Officer/US Air Force, employment with the Top 100 Engineering firms, and ownership of a successful consulting business.  His project experience is equally impressive, with such diverse challenges as the nuclear power projects to superfund projects that restore drinking water aquifers.

Dean King as General Manager is responsible for business development and as well as project delivery. Mr. King is a civil engineer with direct work experience in both the private contracting setting and as former employee for the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Wayne McNeal is our lead field superintendent.  Wayne has over 25 years as a carpenter, foreman and supervisor.  He has worked as a union carpenter on major industrial and commercial projects in and around Boston.  He is a skilled framer, fit up and finish carpenter and is a competent supervisor with expertise in coordinating crafts, subcontractors and scheduling and completing work on time, within budget and with quality workmanship.  He consistently develops a report with Owners, architects and regulatory agents.

DL King has staff laborers, carpenters and painters.  We have Team subcontractors that are subcontractors on most of our projects
